When you submit a bridging loan enquiry through our website, we collect the following personal information:

When you submit a general enquiry through our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the product you are enquiring about, and your message.
We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used solely for security and operational purposes.

We use the personal information you provide to: respond to your enquiry and provide indicative terms; contact you by telephone or email to discuss your requirements; maintain a record of your enquiry for our internal business purposes; and send you an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your enquiry.

Enquiry data is stored in a secure MySQL database hosted on GoDaddy's cloud infrastructure within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Access to this database is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We retain enquiry records for a period of up to three years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. If you wish to request earlier deletion, please contact us using the details below.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
4. Email notifications
When you submit an enquiry, two emails are sent automatically:
A notification email is sent to our internal team at [email protected] containing the details of your enquiry, so that we can respond promptly.
An acknowledgement email is sent to the email address you provided, confirming that we have received your enquiry and that we aim to respond within 24 hours.
These emails are sent via the GoDaddy email relay service. Your email address is used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information with lenders, funders, or other finance providers where this is necessary to source indicative terms or progress your enquiry, and only with your knowledge and agreement.
We use GoDaddy's cloud hosting and email relay infrastructure to operate our website and send emails. GoDaddy acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement authority.
6. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies necessary for the website to function correctly. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
